Unintentional falls are one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity among older, frail adults. While a majority of the community-based falls prevention programs have been shown to reduce falls and falls-related injuries, there is a need to explore how effective such programs are for frail, largely homebound older adults.

Goals / Outcomes: The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of a home-based exercise program on functional capacity, falls, and fall-related injuries among seniors living in rural and urban areas.
